Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return. Late requests will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging.

We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
Please send the item back with the return authorization.
Shipping Responsibility
If the item is returned due to defective or wrong shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is returned for personal reasons (such as dislike, not as described, etc.), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
